Control and connection cables

Energy and signals for machines

These Braunkabel cables are ideal for controlling machine parts and supplying them with current. In most cases, we supply combination cables that provide both current supply and signal transmission, e.g. as a connection cable for a sensor and actuator box. Our customers require robust materials that can withstand harsh industrial use. Whether resistant to flame, oil, welding beads or chemicals, you always get a cable perfectly matched to your individual requirements. UL-approved upon request and also optimised for highly flexible use in drag chains.

In our cable manufacturing process, we adhere to extremely small tolerances and achieve a high level of centricity. And we do so at extremely fast manufacturing speeds. We can provide you with cables up a maximum dimension of 2.5 mm2. Depending on the application, our control and connection cables are insulated with TPU or PVC. To protect against electrical interferences, the cables are often shielded with a braid (EMC).

Our cables are distinguished by:
  • Special applications: perfectly tailored to your wishes and requirements
  • UL-approved, can be used worldwide
  • Tested quality: materials and cables are extensively tested in our in-house test laboratory
  • Wide range of insulation options
